Agua Fuerte Foundation

The edification dated 1910 was one of the first hidraulic plants in the country build under the dictatorship of the General Juan Vicente Gomez. Actually, it is the headquarter of the Cultural Foundation "Agua Fuerte", cultural reference of the State of Aragua and the population of Choroni.

Ubicated in the Uraca sector (10 minutes walk from the El Cocuy Camp), it offers the visitor the posibility of enjoying various cultural manifestations, guitars, corals, work of the caribean artisanal work such as ceramic, glass, painting, cilibacy, etc.

A privileged place and an obligate visit of the national and international tourism, its interior spaces are a great sample of artistic objects, antiguity and curiosities. The harmony created between its installation (turbines, electric transformaters, cranes, control) and the colocation of art objects, antiquity murals and other curiosities will stay engraved in your memory.
